On May 13th, 2020, Michelle, the founder of Ladies Who Tiki, her husband Todd (our resident bartender), and their home tiki bar were featured on Liquid Alchemist’s Instagram channel via Instagram Live. During the interview, they made an original cocktail called “Fantasy Island.” Below is the recipe:
FANTASY ISLAND
- 1oz Smith & Cross Rum
- 1oz Hamilton 86 Rum
- 4oz Lime Juice
- 3/4oz Liquid Alchemist passion fruit syrup
- 1oz Liquid Alchemist coconut
- 1/4oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
- 4-5 drops of Bittermens Elemakule tiki bitters
- Garnish with pineapple fronds and a lime wheel (fresh or dehydrated)
